6 Week Semi Private Oxygen Advantage Masterclass & Natural Movement Combo Course.
What does the course involve?
You’ll be given a book with all the information you are going to learn.
6 weekly sessions each lasting 1 hour at a time of convenience with a fully qualified Oxygen Advantage Instructor.
You will be taking through a journey in which you will gain an in depth understanding into the power of the breath and how to use your breathing to its full potential.
You will learn simple and efficient methods on how to assess yourself and others for breathing pattern disorders.
You will be taught the practical application of the oxygen advantage system including how to impart this into your own training and lifestyle.
You will be taught how to simulate high altitude training via simple, effective and specific breath hold exercises.
You will learn how to apply these new skills in the most practical way via natural movement.
You will also complete a postural assessment as part of the 6 week block. Our posture influences our breath and our breath influences our posture, it’s important to understand the influence one has on the other.
