PAR-Q
Important considerations for new clients:
It is advised to delay becoming much more physically active if you are not feeling well because of temporary illness’ such as cold or a fever. You should wait until you feel better.
If you are or may be pregnant, talk with your doctor before becoming more active. You also need to complete the prenatal/postnatal PAR-Q.
If your health changes so that you would then answer Yes to any of the following questions, you must tell your Personal Trainer and ask whether you should change your physical activity plan or seek medical advice.
